Adam combines investment and operating experience across technology, energy, sports, digital enterprises and infrastructure. His work considers the investment case alongside the ownership, governance and operating decisions that shape a business.

His earlier institutional roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of America and National Australia Bank focused on enterprise risk, governance and regulatory transformation across capital markets and corporate banking.

Sakhib brings together enterprise architecture, resilience engineering and systems delivery with commercial experience across software and digital infrastructure. His work spans regulated platforms, data and payments infrastructure, and cross-border technology transactions.

His earlier institutional experience includes Bank of America Merrill Lynch and National Australia Group. He connects technical decisions with the economics, operating requirements and governance of the business.
